“The villa is great in a beautiful quiet location with beautiful sea views. The villa is very spacious, clean, every room has air conditioning and the pool is a big plus. Sandy was very friendly and helped us with our questions and problems. We had a couple of problems when we ran out of tap water, but Sandy immediately sent us a tank of water. There's also lots of board games and DVDs so we were never bored. We had a great time.”

“We stayed in the villa the past week over xmas. The villa is absolutely stunning and the owner (Jo) is extremely helpful. Everything is catered for just bring your clothes, drinks and food. The rooms were spotless and the beds are so comfortable, they have satellite tv, games for everyone and a pool to die for, including loads of inflatables. Anyone thinking of hiring a villa in North Cyprus don’t look any further I cannot recommend the villa enough, its absolutely beautiful and the views are stunning 10/10.”

“I'm from Cyprus for the first time I've seen such a super house. I had private guests from Istanbul, we rented this house to spend the new year with them, everything was complete in the house, we stayed for about 15 days. When we entered the house, we were very scared that we would not be able to find any items, but there was everything in the house in full for a-z children, games for adults, music system, kitchen utensils, cat food and dog food, there were so many things that I could not count as dog food. The host had given us options that were well worth the price, and the view was amazing. I'm very satisfied, I'm very happy, I will always stay in this house from now on.”

“I can’t say enough good things about our experience staying at the Villa! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could have hoped for — and MORE. It felt warm, welcoming, and incredibly COMFORTABLE. We found a few dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets, but I guess previous guests are rather to blame for this instead of the host.
Jo was a great host, super responsive and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth check-in and even left some snacks and personalized tips for nearby restaurants and things to do.
The location was ideal for a relaxing escape, quiet, safe, and not too far away from everything we wanted to see in Northern Cyprus. (Car rental is recommended)
We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and will definitely recommend the Villa to friends and family”

“Without doubt the most well equipped villa we've ever stayed in. It has everything you could possibly need from a bean to cup coffee machine to a robot vacuum cleaner. There is even shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The whole villa was spotlessly clean, the beds are really comfy and the bed linen and towels are good quality. We would happily stay again and will miss the lovely views and Maggie the cat!”
